AMTA Washington State Chapter Calendar

Beyond Business Plans and Vision Boards
May 16 @ 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm

Date: Sunday, May 16, 2021
Time: 1pm to 3pm
CEs: 2 Hours

Creating and maintaining a thriving practice with a full client load can be challenging. As a massage therapist, your success is often quite literally in your hands. Depending on your course of study you may have created a business plan. You may have even created a vision board at some point in your life. Both are helpful tools. And…there’s more that goes into creating and maintaining a successful practice.

  • In the beginning, what did you imagine your practice would look like?
  • Is your practice where you’d like it to be right now?
  • Do you give your clients a treatment plan and are they following it?
  • How confident are you to stand firm and help your clients stay on the treatment plan?
  • How comfortable are you with charging a competitive fee or even raising your fee?
  • Are you ready to take your practice to the next level?
  • Has COVID scared you off from believing you can still have a successful practice?

In this experiential 2-hour class you’ll recreate a vision for your practice and explore beliefs that may have been holding you back from achieving the success you want.  And, you’ll learn about concrete, vision-based strategic planning tools so you know what steps to take, when to take them, and what support you need to accomplish your goals.
